The Laundry Room Reno: With The Home Depot
When we first moved into our Washington, DC Row home 5 years ago, we had dreams of transforming the laundry room into something functional and beautiful. It was the only space in the house that was unfinished with cinder block walls, exposed pipe, concrete floors, and dull yellowish lighting. It felt like a dungeon in comparison to the rest of our home.
With the help of The Home Depot my husband I were able to transform that space into something bright, functional and beautiful. It took us a little over a month to complete everything, but the work and efforts were well worth the blood (literally, I always find a way to cut myself), sweat and tears.
The beautiful clean porcelain tile floors, the vibrant blue cabinets, the DIY fold down folding table, makes being in the space feel more comfortable. But the biggest focal point to the laundry are the Samsung appliances! These machines are state of the ART…Genius actually. A front load and a top load, all in one!! That’s incredible. Laundry is something that we all have to do, and to make the task easier we should invest in things that help us complete those necessary tasks a lot easier. Ready to see the reveal???
