I’m so happy I discovered these affordable custom looking curtains on Amazon. Pinch pleat, blackout curtains, that are ready made, ready to ship. I got the “natural” color in 95” length since I have 8 ft ceilings. There’s 2 panels per pack, I bought 3 packs. They have lengths that go up to 120”. I still can’t believe we’re parents to such an amazing baby. She’s a joy to us every day. We’re a few days late but Happy 5 months to our baby girl Jubilee! Next month will be a half year. 1. I prayed for experiences like this with my own kiddo. For the longest I would be the tag-along Auntie. And I wore that hat with full pride. But now my little one gets to add to the crew. I can’t wait to show her all of God’s creation. And see her happiness and excitement.

3. Man! This is so true. It’s a life of peace and assurance.

4. Another life hack is having great friends. I don’t get tired of doing life with them.

5. And WILL! Also, don’t sing too loud either, messing up the timing and the vocals. I will shut the song off til you leave! Or change it 😅

6. One of my dreams in life is to have a garden I can pick from. This was such a peaceful activity. Therapy!

7. This was such a good message. We are exposed to so much throughout the day and God’s word cleanses us, renews us, guides us into all truths, gives us wisdom, is practical for everyday living, and refocuses our attention on Christ! He’s the reason!

Here’s this week’s recap…Sunday Roundup Pt 3

1. I can’t believe she’s almost 5 months old. I still look at her and get teary eyed just thinking about the goodness of God and what he has blessed me with. What a sweet Father!

2. My friend @lovemaaden came to visit Jubi this week. They hit it off right away (This isn’t often. Jubi is in her stranger danger era). Madi also has a miracle baby that we prayed for earnestly! I was so happy she got to meet the baby she prayed earnestly for me.

3. Baybee the way I treat myself for everything! Swipe to the next slide

4. The Brown Butter Cookies from Whole Foods had a hold on me. So I made my own and they are damn good!

5. Listen LINDA!! The prices these days are diabolical. Once something reaches the $39.99 threshold is when I start to think do I really need this.

6. I contributed to a @real_simple article written by @sarahlyon9 . Thank you Sarah for thinking of me. Go read it guys!

7. We revealed our postpartum bedroom makeover. Did you see it?

8. This devotional spoke to so much that I’ve been feeling lately. Fear cripples me often. And I needed that reminder that my Father in heaven is gentle, patient and ready to equip me and strengthen me to do what he’s called me to do. He’s not frustrated with me if I go to him about my fears yet again. Sometimes we view God in relation to our earthly relationships, but his ways, and his love, and his patience, is higher than ours.

After having Jubilee, and spending more time in our bedroom, I wanted the space to serve me in my new role as mom, and also accommodate little miss Jubi!
